Building an honest, fair, accountable culture; Tues 12th
- What new or continuing UDTS practices do you feel contribute to a culture of honesty, fairness, and accountability for the seminary?Examples: StuCo reports at faculty meetings hold them accountable to the use of student fees, Course review by the faculty is a transparent process that holds faculty accountable to the curriculum.
- Beth's note: When I mentioned last faculty meeting the guiding values for tidying up and refreshing our processes (i.e. the work we are about now), the values I named were fidelity (mission), clarity, transparency, consistency, equity, accessibility, and charity.
