- UD offers an MM in Organizational Diversity and Inclusion Leadership and a smaller Certificate program. Have we had UDTS students do this as a dual-degree or certificate program? What would it look like to promote this as a marketable option?

- PCUSA and other represented denominations have beautiful values and stances on diversity, but if UDTS shares those values, it's not always easy to tell. How might we bring those more to the fore? How might we train leaders explicitly prepared to live into those values?
