"Further up and further in," by CS Lewis (The Last Battle, Narnia Series), has been stuck in my head lately as my church begins to engage in new ways of doing ministry. I am tempted to have it printed out to hang on my office wall since it seems to inspire me to keep moving forward as I enter my third year as their pastor.

Karolee - YES! I love CS Lewis AND I love that quote from C.S. Lewis! "Further up and further in" is such a great reminder to keep our ministries moving forward, especially as you start your third year as pastor. It’s definitely a phrase to keep you inspired as you explore new ways of doing ministry.
