In the past Mary Anne and Chris (with Nicky) led part of new student orientation in a hands on workshop showing folks the online resources of the library and how to engage in library research. I don't know whether or not this is still part of orientation. These three were also helpful in leading similar orientation for DMin.
Jaimie Shaffer has been a tremendous help in scanning and posting reserve readings for all of my courses, residential and distance.
