I think our work to overhaul our CEP program is perhaps the best example of how we have been responsive to the needs of the church and changing realities (e.g., "Leadership development empowering others - reflecting the Kingdom").

I also think that we can be honest with ATS and say that with some other matters, we have continued to engage traditional metrics to evaluate and tweak matters (like PCUSA ord exams, graduating student questionnaires, course evaluations). However, we have not engaged in a comprehensive evaluation of how well we are executing all of the changes proposed in a New Day Dawning. That document calls us repeatedly, for example, to provide "The best theological on-line program in the world." However, I do not remember us recently asking how well we're doing at achieving that goal--and what needs to happen for us to realize it.

I talk quite a bit more about a New Day Dawning and evaluation here.
