Instructor Information
Rev. Emily Blue is the Pastor to Students and is responsible for UDTS worship and community life, advising and teaching, and other administrative duties in the Seminary. Rev. Blue began her journey at UDTS in 2006 when she was an M.Div student. In 2008, she started her career as student pastor in a rural church north of Dubuque, and became their fulltime pastor in 2009 after graduation. She came back to UDTS as Director of Continuing Education in 2019, and continues as minister to two small churches in Sherrill. In her free time, Emily loves to be outdoors or with her family - playing tennis or hiking, singing or reading with her husband and six children (and one brand new grandbaby).
