I agree with what Nick said about UD's mission statement and how the seminary's mission statement could be improved on this front.
I'll have more to share about diversity with curriculum later.
As I mentioned at our last faculty meeting (see link here), attending to matters of racial diversity is an important component of my scholarship. A fun development I can add since then: Christian Century today said they intend to publish a piece I wrote on the so-called curse of Ham in Gen 9:21-27 and its reception among African American faith communities.
