- Unit 4 explores ways to steward your time, energy, and resources as a graduate student. The information below will expand on concepts of rest, sabbath, brain health, and financial planning. Please review the information in this unit in the order presented. Each item will show completion after it is opened and the provided instructions are completed. This unit will take up to approximately two hours to complete.
