  Student Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Complete lesson plan and journal as assigned in Livetext. (Lesson plan - end of day Friday; Journal - end of day Sunday)
  • If end of eight-week placement, have final evaluation with cooperating and supervising teachers

  • If in eight-week placement, transition to 2nd, eight-week placement

  • Sunday, Feb. 25 - Portfolio Submission #2 Due via Livetext

  • Standards 1, 2, and 4

  Cooperating Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily feedback and support.
  • Progress Report #2 due February 23
  • End of eight-week placement evaluation with student teacher and university supervisor; complete and sign the final grade document.
  • First Eight-Week Formal Evaluation Due via Livetext Link
  • End of eight-week placement

  University Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Option: Formal Observation meeting and feedback. (Eight-week placements - minimum of four observations; Sixteen-week placement - minimum of eight observations)
    • Submit to Vicki Tilson via email.
  • Progress Report #2 due February 23
  • End of eight-week placement evaluation with student teacher and cooperating teacher; complete and sign the final grade document and submit to Vicki Tilson via email.
  • First Eight-Week Formal Evaluation Due via Livetext Link
    
  • Plan second eight-week placement initial meeting for next week.
